This facility was constructed to house the Network Management and Customer Services functions for operating the East Coast and other regional telecommunications activities for MCI. The building is sited on a gently sloping ridge at the edge of a steep wooded hillside overlooking Lake Crabtree in Weston Office Park. It consists of several floors of administrative offices above the lobby, an executive briefing center, dining areas, the network management center and related service and support functions.

The building management system was designed for optimum energy consumption efficiency.

Site development includes surface parking for 800 cars, an enclosed service area and a landscaped approach boulevard. The remaining property was master planned for future development.
