The State Employees’ Credit Union (SECU) Salisbury Street Office is located in the heart of Raleigh’s State Government District. This 250,000 sf building not only has a prominent presence within State Government’s Green Square Complex, but it also helps define Raleigh’s developing skyline.

This twelve-story office building includes a SECU Branch Office, an 8-level, integrated parking deck for 150 cars, 12th floor meeting center which overlooks Downtown Raleigh, a roof terrace at the building’s midpoint and a four-story atrium with an associated shared civic plaza.

The project uses a Variable Flow Refrigerant (VFR) mechanical system. This highly efficient, decentralized system provides localized control for occupants and significant reduction in energy use. The use of high performance glass, automated shading and lighting with all LED fixtures all contribute to energy efficiency.
