O’Brien Atkins was selected to provide interior design services for the furniture fixtures and equipment procurement for the Town of Holly Springs’ new 27,000 sf law enforcement center.  O’Brien Atkins drew upon its interior design experience with law enforcement facilities, and particular knowledge of purchasing agreements and the bidding process, to complete the project successfully.  The design team advised the Town and managed the product and dealer selection, specifications of the FF&E and contract negotiation using purchasing agreements.

Spaces included in the law enforcement center are a 24/7 Communications Center, Records and Evidence storage with high density shelving (part of the base building construction package,) interview rooms, administrative open office areas with workstations as well as private offices, a patrol briefing room and Training/Emergency operations communications center and a tactical training room with fitness equipment storage.
