NAI Carolantic recently launched it’s push for the new Moncure Megasite located in the Research Triangle Region. O’Brien | Atkins played a key role in preliminary visioning and conceptual design. The 8 Million+ square foot facility will house manufacturing, support, research & development offices, and a training center. Located along two Class One Lines, with a direct route to the Port of Charleston, the project could play a significant role in future economic activity for the region.
